Looking to break into the electrical industry? As an Electrical Helper at Benmar Electric, you'll work alongside skilled electricians on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects.

This is your entry point into a rewarding career in the electrical trade — no prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You'll be working on some of the most significant projects in Texas, from border security installations to solar farms and major commercial developments.

What You'll Do

• Support electricians by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to work areas
• Assist with basic electrical tasks including conduit installation and wire pulling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Learn electrical fundamentals through hands-on experience
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Help with loading and unloading materials and equipment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the electrical trade
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working outdoors
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Basic understanding of construction site safety
• No prior electrical experience required — we'll train you
